Eggplant Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium eggplant, peeled and diced
1 c. water
dash of salt
1 qt. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook eggplant in water with salt until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add milk.
Add flour paste to thicken.
Add butter and pepper.
Tastes like oyster stew!
