Olive Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pitted ripe olives
1/2 jar green olives with pimientos
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. butter or olive oil
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Chop olives into small pieces.
Saute onion in butter (olive oil is preferred).
Cool.
Combine all ingredients.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve on sandwiches, as accompaniment to beef or anywhere.
