Diabetic Fruit Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. prunes, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 stick soft margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. sugar substitute (Sweet 'N Low, 8 pkg.)
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Stew dates, raisins, prunes and water and have hot.
    Stir in soft margarine.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, vanilla and sugar substitute.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Pour into 7 x 11-inch or 9-inch square pan.
