Oven Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving size pieces.
    In a large saucepan, cover ribs with salted water.
    Cover and simmer about 1 hour, until nearly tender.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Add garlic. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Drain ribs.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Pour boiling sauce over ribs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Baste with sauce.
    Makes 4 servings.
