Marinade For London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. m.s.g.
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in a plastic bag or bowl with meat and marinate overnight.
Broil.
Baste, if desired.
Slice on a slant.
