Ricotta Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Ricotta
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 qt. oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil and powdered sugar; mix until well blended.
    Heat oil in deep fryer until it reaches 350\u00b0.
    Now drop by 1 teaspoon into the hot oil and it will form a ball on its own.
    Fry until they turn golden brown in color.
    Put on paper towels to drain excess oil.
    Place on cake dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
