Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag confectioners sugar
1 potato, cooked and mashed
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix potato and vanilla.
Add sugar to make stiff dough.
Roll out like pie crust.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like jelly roll.
Cut into slices.
