Dinner Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    flour (approx. 1/2 cup)
    salt
    pepper
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    1 teaspoon cherish
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1 bay leaf
    2 small cloves garlic (unpeeled)
Preparation
    Choose uniform potatoes, scrub and pare. Roll in flour which has been seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs, fresh or dried. Place in buttered casserole dish and dot with butter. Add bay leaf and garlic. Cover and bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 45 - 60 minutes or until potatoes are done.
