Chicken Marengo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
3 lb. chicken parts
3 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. small whole white onions or canned whole onions
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet.
Brown chicken.
Pour off oil. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender.
Stir now and then.
Uncover.
Cook until desired consistency.
Serve with buttered noodles.
Serves 6.
