Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread into pieces.
    Place in a 3 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
    Brown and drain 1 pound sausage.
    Drain and spoon over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
