Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. water
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can tomato soup, heated
    1 c. mayo
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. green onions
    2 large cans fresh cooked shrimp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Cream the cream cheese and add along with gelatin to heated soup.
    Allow mixture to cool.
    Add mayo, celery, onions and seasonings.
    Let stand in refrigerator until thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Place in well oiled mold and chill until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
