Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 c. catsup
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. each: white wine, vinegar and soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix bulk pork sausage, eggs and soft bread crumbs.
    Using palms of hands shape into meatballs.
    Saute in frying pan until browned on all sides; drain.
    Combine catsup, brown sugar, white wine, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot.
