Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    few sprigs finely minced parsley
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones and flake into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a well-buttered pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the top is a delicate golden brown and loaf is firm, but still moist and tender. Serve as is or with sauce.
