Savory Egg And Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 c.)
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick original baking mix
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    12 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set. Makes 12 servings.
