Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add water, salt and flour.
    Roll paper thin and cut thin strips.
    Can be cooked immediately, frozen or kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
