Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. coconut (small can)
    1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream flour, butter and pecans together; pat into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Freeze for 1 hour.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together.
    Spread over crust. Sprinkle with half of coconut.
    Prepare pudding by mixing with milk for 3 minutes.
    Spread over cheese layer.
    Top with Cool Whip and remaining coconut.
    Chill overnight.
