Texas Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soy chicken, diced
    2 heaping c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
    crushed potato chips
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Preparation
    Combine everything except crushed chips.
    Put in a 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
