Northern Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3 lb. stew beef
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    6 carrots
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; set aside.
    In same frypan brown beef after rolling in flour.
    Brown mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Parboil carrots 10 minutes.
    Add 1 tablespoon flour, 2 cups bouillon (undiluted) and chili sauce.
    Put all ingredients in casserole.
    Dice bacon; spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
