Speedy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in microwave until soft (approximately 10 minutes), rotating potatoes once while cooking.
    Allow to cool. Peel skin from potatoes.
    On stove top, mix butter, flour, salt and milk in saucepan.
    Heat until butter has melted, stirring constantly.
    Cut potatoes in cubes and add to white sauce.
    Simmer until slightly thickened.
