Oven Easy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
Preparation
    Place butter in pan in oven to melt.
    In shallow bowl or pie plate, combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, blend together egg and milk.
    Dip pork chops in egg mixture and coat chops with crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Carefully turn chops and bake again for an additional 30 minutes or until done in a 325\u00b0 oven.
