Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium size potatoes
1 onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. cheese (any kind)
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 to 2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel potatoes; slice thinly.
Wash and place in casserole dish.
Peel and slice onion.
Place onion in casserole dish.
Mix soup, milk, cheese, margarine and salt; pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
