Marinated Cod Teriyaki(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. each water and teriyaki
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    10 oz. cod fillets
Preparation
    In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.
    Arrange fillets in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Pour mixture over fillets.
    Turn fish over to coat both sides.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Microwave uncovered on High for 4 to 5 minutes (flakes easily with fork).
