Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium or large potatoes, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, dot top after mixed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cook until done.
    Pour into a mixer, reserving some of the potato water.
    Mix at medium speed.
    Mix in other ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
