Spicy Herb Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. chicken or beef bouillon
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation

Combine ingredients; mix well.
In shallow dish or plastic bag, pour over chicken, beef or pork.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; head marinade.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Refrigerate leftover meat.
