Pineapple And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice into mixing bowl; stir sugar and flour into juice.
Add pineapple chunks.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Add melted butter to crushed Ritz crackers sand sprinkle on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
A great accompaniment for baked ham or pork.
