Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 1/2 c. cranberries
2 Tbsp. butter
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell and pastry for lattice topping
Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well.
Add corn syrup, water and orange rind.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in almond extract, raisins, nuts and cranberries.
Cover and cook until cranberry skins burst, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Dot with butter.
Allow to cool; do not stir.
