Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up fryer chicken
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in oven. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken.
    Bake 15 minutes or until done.
