Asparagus With Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. asparagus spears
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place asparagus and water in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch microwave dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Turn back one corner to vent.
    Cook on High for 7 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Let stand, covered, while cooking sauce.
