Meat Loaf With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. parsley, minced
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine meat with next\t8
    ingredients.
    Place\thalf of this mixture in a loaf pan.
    Cover with half of cheese and top with half of the
    parsley.
    Repeat
    with
    the
    remaining meat, cheese and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0\tfor
    1\thour or until done. Sprinkle with paprika and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 6 to 8.
