Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. Longhorn grated cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook vegetables, celery and onions.
    Salt and pepper to taste, then drain.
    Place half of vegetables in dish, half of cheese and half of mayonnaise.
    Start over with rest of vegetables, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
