Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 (7 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped
miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, pineapple and nuts.
Spray a 2-quart casserole with Pam or oil with margarine.
Alternate layers of sweet potato mixture and marshmallows, ending with marshmallows. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Will serve 10 to 12.
