Too Easy Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
vegetable oil
1 (30 to 32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt
pepper
Preparation

Dip chicken into eggs, then into bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
In large skillet, place chicken in hot oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken on both sides; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Pour 1 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Layer chicken and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
Serves 8.
