Snow-Day Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Set the oven at 400\u00b0.
    Heat a 9-inch cast-iron skillet or other heavy-duty ovenproof skillet.
    Melt the butter.
    Combine the cinnamon and sugar.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over the apples and saute them until tender over low heat, stirring occasionally.
