Frances Phillip'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 eggs, slightly beaten
 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion, diced
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. margarine
Ritz crackers
Preparation
- 
                            Partially cook broccoli in salt water and drain.
 
Mix soup, onion and mayonnaise.
Layer broccoli, soup mixture and cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and pour melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
