Salmon Steaks With Dijon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon steaks or fillets
    lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 tsp. dill weed or tarragon
Preparation
    Rub surface of fish with lemon juice.
    Place steaks or fillets on foil lined baking dish (or broiler pan) without track.
    Cut butter into pea size pieces; dot top of salmon.
    Broil 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and dill or tarragon. Spread on broiled steaks (fillets); do not turn salmon.
    Broil an additional 2 to 3 minutes to brown.
