Stir-Fry Veggies And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken
    1 head broccoli
    3 large carrots
    3 large sticks celery
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    any veggies in fridge (squash, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    soy sauce
    garlic
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Chop chicken and veggies; brown chicken in oil first, then add onion and other veggies.
    Stir constantly until browned a little. Add soy sauce, garlic and Italian seasoning and a little water. Cover and simmer until you're ready to eat.
