Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    6 to 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, butter, sour cream, milk, soup and 1/2 cheese. Save other half for top. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
