Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
chicken breasts
1/2 c. crushed herb-seasoned stuffing
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic salt
Preparation

Melt margarine and set aside.
Combine stuffing, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic.
Dip chicken into margarine.
Roll in stuffing mixture.
Arrange, skin side up, in shallow baking pan. Do not crowd.
Sprinkle with margarine and stuffing mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
