Danish Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 large onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. cream or half and half
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Heat butter and cook onion over slow heat.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar.
Bring to a boil and add cream.
Mix well and slowly add potatoes while blending.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
