Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. hot meat fat
Preparation
    Stir
    milk
    into flour and salt.
    Beat egg slightly and add to\tbatter.
    Add water.
    Beat well to cause bubbles.
    Let sit and rebeat at intervals.
    Put
    a
    teaspoon of hot meat fat into round 8 or 9-inch
    tin
    and
    heat
    tin
    in oven.\tPour in batter and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, reducing oven to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes
    longer.
    Batter should rise like popovers and be served with roast beef and pan gravy.
