Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    7 potatoes
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes.
    Pat dry with paper towel.
    Cube potatoes.
    Toss in a large mixing bowl with other ingredients until well coated.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0, uncovered, in a large casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir once halfway through.
