Berry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blueberries (other berries can be used)
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients
    into small mixing bowl.
    Add egg, milk and melted butter.
    Stir
    just until blended.
    Fold in berries. Spoon into greased muffin pan.
    Bake
    20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0. Makes 1 dozen.
    I have found that when
    I
    use frozen berries, they get nicer if I reduce the milk to 1/3 cup.
