Olive Burger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel), sliced
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste
1 c. water
2 pie crusts (Pet Ritz deep-dish)
Preparation

Brown ground chuck in skillet; drain well. Add onions, garlic salt, pepper and water. Cook until dry. Layer meat, olives, cheese and sliced tomatoes in bottom crust. Repeat, then cover with top crust. Make 3 or 4 holes near center of top crust with a fork to help vent the pie. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
