Italian Sausages And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bell peppers, sliced lengthwise
    3 sliced onions
    1/2 c. oil
    6 Italian sausages
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
Preparation
    Fry sausages in 1/2 cup oil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan and slice when cool.
    In same oil that sausages were cooked in, add sliced onions and peppers.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and sausages and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste (garlic salt and parsley may also be added to taste).
