Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. Carnation milk
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, add milk and bring to boil.
Pour beaten egg yolks in and cook until it thickens.
Add extract, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites for meringue.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
Brown in oven.
