Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham crackers
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 unbaked deep pie crust

Preparation

Mix egg whites, sugar, crumbs, pecans and coconut.
Stir by hand.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven until glossy and set, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake. Serve warm with whipped cream.
