Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 jalapeno peppers
green onions

Preparation

Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat (375\u00b0) and fry until golden brown.
This makes about 2 dozen.
