Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    4 c. sliced rhubarb, cut in 1-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. butter
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Mix the sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt; add to beaten eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in rhubarb; dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until pie is \"set\" and lightly browned.
