Delicious Lo-Fat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices Sizzle Lean, fried crispy and crumbly
4 oz. Swiss cheese (lite), shredded
1/3 c. onion, chopped
8 egg whites or 4 egg substitutes
2 c. lite Pet milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Preparation

Prepare pastry.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry lined pie plate.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour egg mixture into pie plate.
Cook uncovered in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
Cook uncovered until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
