Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. corn meal mix
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Grate cheese; set aside.
    Mix corn bread batter.
    Heat greased iron skillet.
    Put half batter in skillet, then add browned beef with onions.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of this.
    Add remaining batter.
    Cook approximately 1 hour. Be careful not to let cheese touch sides of skillet or it will stick when turned out.
